BITCOIN WHOLE LIFE

Bitcoin whole life takes the oldest promise in family finance and measures it in the hardest money.

It keeps the familiar whole life structure of premiums, cash value, and a death benefit, and simply states those values in bitcoin instead of dollars.

If you already hold bitcoin and think in decades rather than quarters, it offers a way to pass a lasting bitcoin position to your family through a written contract, without leaving them a set of keys, wallets, and instructions to puzzle over.

If you’re still getting curious, it offers a calm, structured way to let a measured part of your family’s long-term plan reflect bitcoin, while traditional whole life remains the steady foundation underneath for the mortgage, income, and final expenses your family measures in dollars.

It’s a bridge between generations built on low time preference.

My family has owned Bitcoin-denominated whole life insurance since 2023, and traditional whole life for more than 25 years. I’d be happy to walk you through the similarities between the two and share why having both can be beneficial depending on your situation. Whether you’re a long-time HODLer or simply curious, I’d love to hop on an educational call with you.

Let's discuss Bitcoin whole life insurance.

Meet Gus Calderón

Discipline. Determination. Client focus. The same three things, for 30 years.

For three decades, government agency leaders trusted me with their highest-stakes decisions. I advised executives, contracting officers, and program leaders on complex acquisitions and large IT programs, making sure mission-critical initiatives delivered results. The lesson stuck: the best outcomes come from careful planning, honest advice, and putting the client’s mission first.

I built my own company the same way, growing a government contracting firm from the ground up to a successful exit over 26 years. There were no shortcuts, just showing up, keeping my word, and building relationships that lasted.

I hold myself to that same standard outside of work. I’ve finished four Ironman triathlons and the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon four times, and I train year-round for marathons, endurance rides, and backcountry adventures. Long races are won with preparation, patience, and grit. So is a lasting financial foundation.

Now I bring all of it to one mission: helping families across Virginia, Maryland, and DC build generational wealth with whole life insurance. I practice what I recommend, with nine policies across my own family of five, including some denominated in Bitcoin. I’ve already made the same decisions I’ll help you make or simply consider for a later time. As an independent professional, I will work with you at my office, online, or wherever it is convenient for you. Please know that from our first conversation through every annual review, or on an impromptu basis, I am your agent with no hand-offs.

I was born in Cali, Colombia, and Spanish is my native language, so we can explore what matters most to you in English or Spanish, whichever feels most natural.

Fees & Compensation

I charge no fees to my clients. Insurance carriers pay me commissions, which can vary substantially depending on many factors.
